Sometimes, the transparent cap gasket from the PET bottle may fall out and be mistakenly assumed to be part of the machine, leading it to be installed around the nozzle. If the handle feels a little loose and wiggles in an upward or downward direction, it can be easily fixed with just a Phillips screwdriver.First, unscrew the screw located at the back of the machine and remove the head.Once the head is off, you&apos;ll have access to the screw that secures the handle. Simply tighten this screw, and the handle should function properly again.Please note that the handle will always have a slight left-to-right movement when at rest. This is completely normal and part of its design.&#xA0; However, if you notice any cracks around the handle or if the handle is non-functional or hangs down, the machine may need to be replaced.&#xA0;

Even though compatible, the cylinder is hard to screw in.&#xA0;In order to fix this, first, remove the drip tray and place the machine sideways on a table. Insert the cylinder fully to the bottom. Then, turn the machine upside down, hold it securely, and gently wiggle the cylinder from side to side while screwing it in clockwise.&#xA0;As an additional solution, a small amount of hand sanitiser or cleaning alcohol can be used to help keep the cylinder in place. A bit of alcohol can be applied to a piece of fabric and rubbed onto the sides of the cylinder&#x2019;s valve. If the problem continues, a new gas cylinder should be tried. The unit typically does not require replacement; however, the cylinder might need to be replaced.

DRIP TRAY COVERThe drip tray cover is not pre-installed in the machine. Instead, it is packaged separately in a black envelope together with the microfibre cloth.Occasionally, customers may misplace or discard the envelope by mistake.&#xA0;If the cover cannot be located, a replacement can be sent from Aarke Headquarters.&#xA0;&#xA0;PET BOTTLEIf the PET bottle is missing from the box, the best solution is to provide a new PET bottle, instead of replacing the whole set.&#xA0;HANDLE PLUGIf the little ending cap on the handle fell out, the spare part (including the metal cap and the plug itself)&#xA0;can be shipped from Aarke headquarters.&#xA0; &#xA0; In most of those cases the whole unit does not have to be replaced.
