The machine does not respond when the button is pressed, although the button still offers normal resistance.
If no excess water is collecting in the drip tray, the following troubleshooting steps should be performed:
- Ensure proper button engagement. The carbonation button should be pressed firmly using the full hand to allow correct activation.
- Verify if the cylinder is screwed in properly.
- Test with an alternative gas cylinder. If available, replacing the current cylinder with a new one can help determine whether the issue is cylinder-related.
