Red LED blinks 5 times

This is a descaling reminder - the LED blinks 5 times after the machine is turned on – it will do it, regardless of which program is used. Comes up after the 60th use.

In this case, the unit should be descaled, and the issue should disappear.

Blinking light in the tank

No water in the tank - it will blink 5 times, and the machine won't start.

Blinking constantly - in this case, the issue may be connected to a magnetic float. The troubleshooting is explained here.

If the troubleshooting does not help, the machine should be replaced.
