To decrease the amount of coffee, it should be turned to the left, toward the minus sign &#x201C;&#x2013;&#x201D;. To increase the amount, it should be turned to the right, toward the plus sign &#x201C;+&#x201D;. It is also important to make sure that the dial setting is aligned with the LED marker and not the screw above it.&#xA0; If this does not resolve the issue, the grind size may also need to be adjusted. It can be done by following the steps below:<ol><li style="font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">Disconnect the communication cable between the grinder and brewer.</li><li style="font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">Set the grind adjustment ring to grind size 15.</li><li style="font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">Set the grinding mode to Auto.</li><li style="font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">Press and hold the start/stop button for 6 seconds.
