Claim reasons: Nozzle BlockUpdated 24 days ago
Pressing the lever releases only a small amount of gas, or none at all.
The carbonation is insufficient, which can be observed as either a weak gas stream or an irregular “dancing” stream. Sometimes there is almost no gas coming out of the nozzle at all.
When the nozzle becomes blocked, the entire system pressurises. As a result, when the lever is released, excess pressure remains in the machine, causing it to continue running briefly.
This is how the gas stream should look normally: How to use Carbonator 3.

In this scenario, we recommend one troubleshooting method: using compressed air to attempt to unclog the system by pumping it into the nozzle. This can be done using a bike pump or an air compressor.
Below, you'll find 2 videos demonstrating how to do this. Please ensure that the CO₂ gas cylinder is removed beforehand, as it is crucial for safety.
🞴 If the troubleshooting does not help, the machine needs to be replaced and logged with the reason code: nozzle block.
