The cartridge may occasionally exhibit minor issues, including:

• A damaged or broken sieve

• Rust spots or rainbow-like discolouration

• An uneven or misaligned lid, which can make it hard to screw in, or cause some the granules to escape

For cases of rust or rainbow discolouration, the following troubleshooting may be offered. If these steps do not resolve the issue, or if the cartridge is damaged, the cartridge should be replaced. It is neither required nor recommended to replace the entire purifier.
