The cover does not open, even though the handle is pressed and used correctly. 

 

TROUBLESHOOTING

Let go of the release handle slowly. If it still doesn't work, help the cover elevate by giving it a gentle push upwards.

Make sure that the handle is being pressed down, instead of pulled up.

🞴 If the issue persists after designated troubleshooting, the machine has to be replaced with the reason code: cover cannot be opened/is stuck in the base.
